内容简介：
《中华人民共和国民法典》由十三届全国人大三次会议于2020年5月28日通过，共7编1260条，依次为总则编、物权编、合同编、人格权编、婚姻家庭编、继承编、侵权责任编，以及附则。民法典被誉为“社会生活的百科全书，此次通过的是新中国民法典，是一部具有中国特色、体现时代特点、反映人民意愿的民法典。民法典各分编内容紧紧围绕建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家的全面依法治国总目标，遵循和贯彻民法典编纂工作指导思想、基本原则，总结实践经验，适应时代要求，对我国现行的、制定于不同时期的民事法律规范进行了全面系统的编订纂修。
